M.T.O.I. was created as an umbrella organization to provide a covering for other like-minded believers, including recently established or long standing congregations. We recognize that part of the natural growth of the Body of Believers is the desire to fellowship with others. We want to help facilitate this growth by providing a safe structure and environment with a Leadership Team that can be trusted to be consistent and transparent. We consider these congregations to be affiliate congregations of M.T.O.I. It is our expectation that the affiliate congregations listed on this page continue to provide proper discipleship, fellowship, and opportunities to learn while still allowing space with respect for people. It is important that we maintain a balance between protecting the Body and allowing space for the Body.
It is impossible for M.T.O.I. to personally verify every doctrinal position of the teachers of the affiliate congregations. While we have verified and confirmed that our foundational doctrines are in agreement, there still may be differences. In other words, just because they are listed on this page does not mean that Rabbi Berkson is in complete agreement with everything that is taught or expressed; it also does not mean that the leaders of these congregations are in complete agreement with Rabbi Berkson. It simply means that an agreement has been reached for these specific congregations to be affiliated with M.T.O.I. (Amos 3:3)
