M.T.O.I. is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. The collected information is used to provide or improve the services M.T.O.I. provides to its congregants, members, users, and visitors of the site. M.T.O.I. may use collected information to contact the provider of that information for a variety of reasons, including, without limitation, obtaining information from those that access the site regarding their use of the site (i.e. through Google Analytics) to improve and communicate such items as service information, promotions, events, newsletters, announcements, etc. The information collected will be used in ways that M.T.O.I. determines is appropriate at the sole discretion of Rabbi Steve Berkson, and reserves the right to do so.
Regardless of the aforementioned, M.T.O.I. will not sell or rent personally identifiable information to anyone; and it will not discolse any collected information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. Any information captured will clearly state the purpose for which the data is needed, usually in the rendering of some expected service.
The organization may request financial information. Said financial information will always be in response to a direct request on the part of the user of the site and specifically for the purchase of a specific service, collection of donations, or registration for an M.T.O.I. sponsored event. To ensure the protection of a user's financial information, all financial transactions are managed by a third-party software and financial intermediary (i.e. PayPal). This intermediary is solely a link in the distribution chain, and uses the information provided (name, address, and financial information, including credit card details or bank account information) for the sole purpose of processing the transaction.
M.T.O.I. does distribute a weekly newsletter and/or email marketing communications. It is necessary that M.T.O.I. be able to communicate from time to time with the members of the congregation and with users of the site. M.T.O.I. reserves the right to contact and communicate with users; however, any users that no longer wish to receive M.T.O.I. electronic communications has the right to opt-out by following the instructions included in the electronic communication.
