Set-Apart Cooking | Hamantashen Cookies for Purim

MTOI presents the first episode of a new production, Set-Apart Cooking. Join Briana White and Sarah-Beth Ott as they show you how to make a Purim treat, Hamantashen cookies. Purim is about the story of Esther and her journey to help save the Jewish people from destruction. Hamantashen are a triangular jam filled-pocket pastry. The name refers to Haman, the villain in the Purim story. In Hebrew, hamantashen means “Haman’s ears”.
